Returns:
If you need to return something, please send an email to support@bedroomfurnituresource.com or call us at 1-877-320-0504 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Your refund will be for the full purchase price less any shipping costs incurred. We do not charge re-stocking fees.

Delivery Time:
In many cases we provide the estimated shipping time in the product descriptions.
For items under 150 pounds, in most cases these ship times are seven days or less.
For larger items, in most cases the ship times are seven to fourteen days. In the event you require a rush order, please email or call us at 1-877-320-0504 to discuss special arrangements.
Shipping:
The Bedroom Furniture Source prefers UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. In certain instances we may use other Shippers for expediency. If you need something sent 2nd day or overnight, please e-mail us or contact us at 1-877-320-0504. Shipping charges for US packages sent by standard shipping are shown at checkout.
Canadian shipments are sent UPS standard and the shipping fee is based on weight. The shipping fee to Canada is not automatically calculated in the store when you check out. If you place an order from Canada, you will receive an email regarding additional shipping fees which will be charged upon shipment.
International shipments are not automatically calculated in the store. Shipping charges will be calculated individually for all International shipments.
Guarantees on Expedited Delivery:
The Bedroom Furniture Source guarantees that if we promise expedited delivery, we will in fact ship within the time frame promised. As noted above, we use only the most reliable carriers. Occasionally the carrier cannot deliver as promised. The Bedroom Furniture Source cannot guarantee carrier performance, but we will provide tracking information for all expedited shipments.
Assembly Is Often Required:
Please note that, due to the nature of our furniture products, assembly is often required. The assembly necessary typically requires the use of screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers and other tools normally found within the home. If you have a question regarding assembly requirements, contact us. In many cases we can provide you with a copy of the assembly instructions so that you can ensure you will be comfortable with your new product.
Cancellations:
If for any reason you need to cancel an order, you can do so as long as it has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately by e-mail or at 1-877-320-0504. Further, if any order (other than an order with a posted lead time greater than four weeks) is delayed in shipping more than four weeks, you may, at your discretion, cancel the order.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of California. This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Oakland, California. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
Rush Orders:

What is the total delivery time for my order?
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts, the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. We usually indicate processing time on the item page.
Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See shipping time below.
You can expect your order to arrive in accordance with the schedule below. Shipping times apply to shipments in the continental United States. For shipments sent by Standard to Alaska and Hawaii, add 2 days to the shipping time. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses takes 3 to 6 weeks.
